Who we are
Stay Fit is a free forever Android app for logging workouts, building routines, tracking progress, and backing up your data. There is no subscription, no premium tier for core features, and no account required to train.
The website is gostay.fit. The Android package is fit.gostay.workout. iOS is not available at launch.
Workouts, routines, goals, measurements, and progress photos are designed to stay on your device. Export or import JSON or CSV when you want a backup you control.

How to identify the real Stay Fit
If it is us, all of these will match:
- Brand name spelled Stay Fit (two words)
- Official site: gostay.fit / www.gostay.fit
- Android package: fit.gostay.workout
- Positioning: free, offline-first, no subscription
- Support: support@gostay.fit
Products that are not Stay Fit (gostay.fit)
Several other fitness products use “Stay Fit” or “StayFit” in their name. They are separate apps and companies. We are not affiliated with them.
- Stay Fit Gym / stayfit.ro — gym membership and class booking apps (for example UPfit / Stay Fit Gym on app stores). Not our workout tracker.
- StayFit / stayfit.today — a different workout trainer product (often listed as StayFit workout trainer). Different developer, different site, paid Pro tiers on some platforms.
- Other “Stay Fit” listings — local gyms, club apps, or fitness-center tools that reuse the phrase. If the domain is not gostay.fit and the package is not
fit.gostay.workout, it is not us.
